The Campbelltown Eagles played Cabramatta Saturday night at the
Campbelltown Stadium, The Eagles raced off to a great start once again with
flying fullback Amino Tovio scoring early, tries to Teason Fa'Avae-Eli,
and Dayne Craig took the Eagles to a handy 18 Nil led, Cabramatta hit back
with 2 tries. When Samuel Hoare scored and Stephen Harding Kicking 4 from
4 and a penalty goal the game was looking good at half time 26-10 to the
Eagles.
The second half seen a disappointing effort from the Eagles, with soft
tries and letting a good first half led waste away to see Cabramatta race
in 6 unanswered tries to win 42-26.

The East Campbelltown Eagles came up against a new and improve Oaks team, led around the paddock by Ron Jones The Oaks raced to a handy led but it was the fighting qualities the Eagles have, that seen them come back to win 42-32, Premier League player Luke Young was an asset to The Oaks setting up a couple of good tries in the second half. Tries for the Eagles, Villi Vai, John Da-Silva, Asley Tohi, 2 to Joe Ioane and a hat trick to half-back Michael Stevens and Michael Stevens kicking 5 Goals.

The Eagles were too strong for The Oaks running away with the game easy
winners 68-4, veteran Jamie Thomas was named players player for the
Eagles.

The Eagles womens team kept there undefeated record with a impressive 62-4 victory over Brothers, in front of a huge home crowed played at Waminda
Oval on Friday night, The Eagleets were dominating from the start. With East Campbelltown currently at the top of the table, they are hoping their injured players will be ready to take on their opponents for this week's game. They will meet Forestville Ferrets, one of their more challenging games this Friday night 22nd May at Forestville Oval with an 8.00pm kickoff.
